Website & Online Ordering Terms

Test-only use, order review, payments, fulfillment and unresolved operating policies.

This is a test website

Browsing and test features are available; real restaurant orders are not enabled. A demonstration order, sandbox payment, saved cart or catering inquiry is not a real kitchen instruction or confirmed booking. Do not use test flows to request actual food. Final contracting entity and effective ordering terms are pending owner/legal review.

Use accurate information for any future live order, keep sign-in and guest access links private, and do not misuse accounts or attempt unauthorized access. Guest checkout does not require marketing consent. This draft does not include arbitration, class-action waivers or a blanket waiver of legal rights.

Menu, price and order review

Choose the intended kitchen and pickup or delivery mode. Review the items, quantities, modifiers, contact details and any shown fees before checkout. Unknown prices or operating details remain marked pending rather than becoming free items. Reference/demo amounts are not an approved live price promise. Photos may be retouched or serving suggestions; actual portions and appearance can vary. Item photos are not ingredient, allergen or nutrition certifications.

Payment, tax and fees

When live ordering is authorized, only configured online payment methods will be offered; cash is not an online payment method. Stripe-hosted checkout and available wallet options depend on configuration, device and eligibility. This site does not collect full card details in its own forms. Server-confirmed payment, not a return URL, determines payment status. Taxes, delivery charges, discounts and total must be explicitly configured and shown before a live purchase; this draft does not set their amounts or rules.

Pickup, delivery and availability

Hours, capacity, acceptance, delivery coverage, delivery provider and handling of late/missing orders require restaurant confirmation before live operation. A requested time is not a guaranteed promise. An order record or payment authorization alone does not promise acceptance or a delivery time. The final workflow must explain confirmation and what happens if fulfillment is unavailable.

Cancellation, changes and refunds

No cancellation cutoff, refund window, restocking fee or absolute no-refund policy has been approved. The restaurant must publish a contact and clear procedures for mistakes, unavailable items, duplicate charges, cancellations and full/partial refunds before live launch. A sandbox cancellation or recovery proposal does not refund money. Do not infer approval from a support request; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Order records display saved information, not a tax invoice or a payment-provider receipt. Discounts already included in net totals must not be subtracted again; unknown amounts are not zero. A recorded payment, cancellation or refund state does not authorize a new refund or guarantee fulfillment.

Before public launch

The owner must confirm the responsible legal entity, a working customer/privacy contact, the effective date, applicable retention and request procedures, and the operational policies described below. No legal or regulatory certification is claimed. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that applicable law protects.
