Marketing & Communication Choices

Optional consent, current account preferences and unconfigured sending programs.

Separate, optional choices

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of ordering or rewards. Newsletter and checkout checkboxes begin unchecked. You can browse without joining a list. The site records the choice you submit; no actual email/SMS/push campaign is sent in this preview. Catering acknowledgment is about the inquiry, not marketing consent.

Account preference and unsubscribe limits

Signed-in accounts can explicitly withdraw all account marketing email; the withdrawal is audited and future sandbox campaign eligibility respects it even if an ordinary preference checkbox changes. Separate legacy newsletter records require independently verified identity or a cryptographic opt-out-only link, not an editable email address. The secure link page records a withdrawal only after an explicit action; it does not delete historical records. Link delivery and real sending are not configured, and no public email lookup or token-request form is available. Future real commercial emails still require approved sender information, an operational opt-out delivery process and staffed response handling. Necessary service messages remain separate from marketing.

SMS and push are not active

SMS and push opt-in controls are disabled because providers and contact verification are not configured. No text program, frequency, short code, recurring subscription or STOP/HELP responder is offered by this preview. Before a text program launches, its identity, separate valid consent, message frequency, possible message/data charges, STOP/HELP and support/opt-out procedures must be reviewed and implemented. Do not text a nonexistent program based on this draft.

Before public launch

The owner must confirm the responsible legal entity, a working customer/privacy contact, the effective date, applicable retention and request procedures, and the operational policies described below. No legal or regulatory certification is claimed. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that applicable law protects.
