No approved live program yet
Current reward tools are sandbox-only. Test points, costs, multipliers, tiers, challenges, discounts and offers are not approved public promises or cash value. The owner must approve live earning/redemption economics and bilingual terms before activation. Buying or joining rewards does not require consenting to marketing.
Policy-specific eligibility
For configured sandbox policies, the server checks the account, balance, dates, selected store, items, channel, usage limits and saved cart before reservation. An eligibility preview is not a paid redemption. Policies show their own terms and reviewed version; an unapproved or incomplete policy cannot authorize a live offer. Account history shows saved ledger movements rather than silently replacing balances.
Reservations, payment and reversals
A reservation can expire or be released after failure or abandonment. Verified sandbox payment commits an eligible saved reservation once. Cancellation and full/partial refund handling follow the frozen sandbox policy and audit trail; they do not make real refunds or compensation. Live expiry, refund treatment, points value, exclusions, stacking and program-change rules require explicit approval and disclosure. No unilateral forfeiture or retroactive change right is invented here.

The owner must confirm the responsible legal entity, a working customer/privacy contact, the effective date, applicable retention and request procedures, and the operational policies described below. No legal or regulatory certification is claimed. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that applicable law protects.
